Feels like Family

Leila was a total blessing to us from pregnancy through postpartum. We started off planning to have our baby at a hospital with an OB but after hearing from a friend that they weren’t skilled in natural birth, we sought help from a doula. We found Leila and she helped us figure out what was doable since we’re pretty far away from most hospitals/birth centers. I was in my second trimester already and kinda concerned I might not be able to have the birth I wanted. The first night we met with her we were both overjoyed and our hope was renewed. From that moment on, she went above and beyond for us. She is extremely educated in all aspects of pregnancy and birth and answered all of our questions. She is diligent, professional, fun, and thorough. She guided and guarded us to ensure we were fully empowered and all of our birth wishes were protected and upheld. She was the reason I didn’t need a c-section in my birth. Seriously, she was a warrior alongside me with a slightly complicated birth, leading me through numerous spinning babies techniques so our baby girl could come down safely and naturally. She genuinely cares about her families and takes care of them in a way that feels like family. And with care and beauty along the way- attending to every detail to make things the most scrumptious they could possibly be. Forever grateful to this gem. Thank you Leila!
